We were delighted to hear from Dallas Wings Chief Marketing Officer Robert Anthony this afternoon.
Despite my earlier post about the WNBA team coming to Dallas, it seems we were invited to the press conference and the emails that they did send to us went to spam. Oops.
The team’s 2016 season begins in May. We’re looking forward to putting together an LGBT night at their new home on the UT Arlington campus and writing some features about the team and its members as they gear up for their first season in DFW.
And most of what I wrote before really had more to do with distinguishing ourselves from that dumb old Houston that can’t get its act together and now, I guess, I’m going to hear from Houston.
