Andrew Jerome “Drew” Kelley passed away on April 6, 2019, in Dallas following a brief illness.
Drew was born June 15, 1965, in Meridian, Miss., and that’s where he went to school, found employment and developed friendships. He later found his way to New York City where he met many new friends. After enduring the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Drew moved to New Orleans where he settled in and found a whole new set of friends and relationships.
Drew truly enjoyed living in New Orleans until evacuating to Dallas due to Hurricane Katrina. He had lived here the last 14 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Eula Mae. He is survived by several sisters and brothers and a host of friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
