Wayne-Davis
Wayne Lynn Davis, 60, of Dallas, died Thursday, March 17, 2016.
Born in Dallas to Dan and Myrtle (Chrismon) Davis, Wayne dedicated his life to education and music, and for  20 years to Dallas’ Turtle Creek Choral. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Dallas.
Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Glen Davis. He is survived by his brother, Dan Davis of Branson West, Mo., other extended family members and a host of friends and brothers from the Turtle Creek Chorale.
A visitation will be held for friends and family on Friday, March 25, from 6-8 p.m. at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 3235 Lombardy Lane in Dallas.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 26, with a graveside committal service at Grove Hill Memorial Park at noon, and a service of witness to the resurrection immediately following, at 2 p.m., at First Presbyterian Church, 1835 Young St. in Dallas.
