Christopher N. Wigley
A memorial service for Herbert Neal Wigley, 87, will be held Sunday, June 5, 2016, at 3 p.m. at White Rock Community Church, 9353 Garland Road in Dallas.
Known to his beloved friends as “Daddy Herb” and “Papa,” Wigley died Nov. 15, 2014, in Dallas.
He was born to Hubert M. Wigley and Bernice K. Sheffield on June 3, 1927, in Dallas. A graduate of Sunset High School and North Texas University, Herb was the assistant principle at Seagoville High School from the 1970s through the 1980s. He also served in the U.S Army. Wigley was preceded in death by his parents and by his lifemate of 30 years, Jerry Edd Sanders. He is survived by son, Christopher N. Wigley.
