Last year, Kitchen Dog Theater staged the world premiere of a play called Sick, written by the interestingly-named Zayd Dohrn (son of Obama albatross William Ayers). The play was an compelling weird comedy, which got great reviews (including mine, here) and won some local awards.
Yesterday, the New York Times ran a nice profile of Dohrn, centered on Sick. But the most it could do by way of a shout-out to KDT for premiering the play was a late reference to the play also being produced in Dallas. Sigh. KDT will present another Dohrn play next summer.
