Woody’s Sports and Video Bar had an unexpected after-hours visitor on Nov. 26, according to police officials.
Dallas Police Department community interactive officer Keith Allen said a car crashed into the Cedar Springs Road nightclub at about 2:35 a.m., causing substantial damage to the building.
Stephan Branch, 42, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication charges, Allen said. The suspect, whom police found on the scene, was not observed driving the car so charges of driving while intoxicated could not be filed, he said.
