KLTOSignWhen Casie Caldwell founded Kitchen LTO — short for “Limited Time Only” — the idea was a new chef (and a new decor curated by an artist) would be selected every few months, to constantly shake it up. With the upcoming departure of exec chef Anastacia Quinones (her last day is Feb. 28), it’s time to find a replacement. The contenders are:
Nick Amoriello (“Modern Texas” cuisine from a chef currently at Rapscallion)
Jennifer Basjel (the catering chef’s “Modern Bistro” style)
Mark McDaniel (“Modern American” from the cater chef)
Thomas Morris (Caribbean cooking from a local personal chef)
D.J. Park (“Korean Comfort” food from a newcomer to Dallas)
Not enough info to judge? Well, do it in person on Sunday, with a voting party and tasting from 5–8 p.m. Tickets are $65 and benefit the American Parkinson’s Disease Association. You can get them here.
