Willie Campbell, a 42-year-old man living with HIV, will have to serve half of a 35-year prison sentence before he’s eligible for parole. In 2006, Campbell was busted for public intoxication. While resisting arrest, he began kicking the inside of Dallas policeman Dan Waller‘s squad car. He also spit in the officer’s eyes and mouth.
