California resident Stephen Champion hands out new clothing to the “Children of the Dump” who live near the trash dump of the Texas playground Puerto Vallarta. Champion, who spends a month in Puerto Vallarta every year, raised more than $1,000 from friends to buy clothing, food and a computer for the children’s school in the poverty stricken area.
