Trans Pride Initiative in conjunction with Cognosante Enrollment Assistance Program is offering free help with enrollment and understanding subsidies from noon-4 p.m. this Saturday, Dec. 5 at Resource Center, 2701 Reagan St.
First come, first served or make an by appointment by calling or 817-303-2192 or going on line.
Trained, culturally competent enrollment specialists will provide free, confidential assistance. They can help you discover options and explain how to qualify for financial help, how to start an application, or how to re-enroll.
To enroll, please bring:
• Social Security card or immigration documents;
• Government issued photo ID; and,
• Income documentation, like check stub or tax return.
