Hamburger Mary’s is “set to embark on a new chapter in Dallas” as HV Entertainment LLC transfers ownership to local entrepreneurs Donald Smith and Romeo Vale. The new operators said in a press release they are “thrilled to continue the beloved Hamburger Mary’s tradition while introducing fresh and exciting promotions to the Dallas location.”
Smith and Vale both say they are long-time fans of Hamburger Mary’s “unique blend of delicious food and fabulous entertainment,” adding that they are enthusiastic about “taking the reins of this popular establishment.”
Smith said, “We’re absolutely thrilled to be the new stewards of Hamburger Mary’s Dallas. Our goal is to honor the restaurant’s legacy while injecting new energy and ideas into the mix.”
The new owners said they and their team have already begun planning a series of “innovative promotions and events designed to attract both loyal patrons and newcomers alike.” Vale said they are “working on expanding our entertainment lineup, introducing new menu items, and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Hamburger Mary’s has always been about fun, inclusivity and great food; we’re just going to dial it up a notch!”
While specific details of the sale remain confidential, both parties expressed satisfaction with the terms of the agreement. HV Entertainment LLC, the previous owner, expressed confidence in Smith and Vale’s “ability to take Hamburger Mary’s Dallas to new heights.”
Smith and Vale said customers can “expect a seamless transition,” and that the restaurant will remain open during the ownership change. Smith said he and Vale “want everyone to feel welcome at Hamburger Mary’s. Whether you’re coming for our famous burgers, our spectacular drag shows, or just a fun night out, we promise an unforgettable experience for all.”
The new owners said they will be announcing their first major promotion in the coming weeks and encouraged patrons to follow Hamburger Mary’s Dallas on social media for updates and special offers.
