The more things change… Cedar Grove, restaurateur Tim McEneny’s replacement for Dish at the ilume, only lasted about a year, having closed suddenly the day after Memorial Day. That could have left The Strip shy one eatery. But no sooner did Cedar Grove close than has a new dining option opened up along Cedar Springs.
Announced a few weeks ago, Orno takes over the space that most recently housed Winslow’s Wine Bar (and was once the popular coffeeshop Buli). Conceived by Nael Rodriguez as a menu of small or shared plates (most $7–$12), it offers a light bill of fare such as sandwiches, salads and flatbreads, plus a selection craft cocktails and wines.
