Dallas County Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel will speak at a special meeting of the Stonewall Democrats of Dallas, along with county chair candidates Carol Donovan and Tex Quesada. Daniel, a staunch LGBT ally, is up for re-election in 2016.
