Freakmas raises $12K-plus

Cassie Nova’s 2025 Freakmas, held Monday night, Dec. 1, at JR’s Bar & Grill, raised $12,040 for the students at JW Ray Prep school, marking yet another huge success for the annual combination raffle/auction/drag show party, organizers said.

“This is one of my favorite events of the year,” said organizer and host Cassie Nova, show director for the Caven Enterprises nightclubs. “I think it is great the way our LGBTQ+ community comes together to help others this way.”
