Well, here we are. It’s the final countdown. Whether you’re ringing in the new year with chosen family, your partner, a first date (brave) or still hanging with the fam, New Year’s Eve is both a fabulous night and a stressful one filled with so many options. These restaurants caught our eye with their curated menus and experiences. So now all you have to do is book your table, find a snazzy outfit and send off this last year in style before welcoming in 2026. Worry about any of those resolutions later.

Mirador: (Downtown) With reservations beginning at 6:30 p.m., Mirador can mix it up with choices of its elegant Chef’s Dinner or light bites and chic cocktails for a celebratory eve. Dinner at the penthouse may feel like floating on a cloud while sipping champagne and ordering teh Surf and Turf with butter poached lobster, Wagyu Denver steak, and bordelaise or the Chicken Paillard with roasted baby carrots, pickled golden raisins, and charred onion labneh Mirador is also offering a special holiday tea service on select dates this month with signature caviar presentations and seasonal cocktails. Sushi | Bar: (Downtown) Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a special omakase experience. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. The New Year’s Eve omakase will highlight the chef’s finest menu of the year, featuring an exclusive bite created just for the evening by Executive Chef Anthony Martin, a two-Michelin star chef. Mercat Bistro: (Dallas) For $95 per person, a three-course prix-fixe chef-curated menu features French-inspired dishes to pair with premium wines and champagnes. Uchi: (Dallas) Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a 12-course chef-curated omakase crafted for the occasion featuring market-inspired selections. The event is $400 for two people. The restuarant’s regular menu will also be open for order. Reservations are open and availability is limited.
Uchibā: (Uptown) In the same family as Uchi above, this location will offer a New Year’s Eve Nine-Course Omakase for two people for $275 along with its selections from the daily menu. Reservations can be made here.
Uchiko: (Plano) The newest location will offfer a 10-Course Omakase experience for $375 for two people as well as its regular menu selections. Snag a limited reservation stat.

Sanjh: (Irving) The restaurant will offer a lavish New Year’s Eve dinner buffet featuring the traditional Indian cuisine with a modern touch they are known for, opening at 7 p.m. Enjoy a festive feast blending classic holiday flavors with Indian flair, featuring live Chaat and Dosa Stations, mouthwatering Appetizers like Tandoori Lamb Chops and Pumpkin Crostini, and a hearty Roast Station with Herb-Roasted Turkey and Maple-Glazed Ham. The Buffet Line offers rich curries, dals, and vegetarian specialties, while desserts include favorites like Gulab Jamun, Berry Cheesecake, and Pecan Pie. The restaurant will also feature a champagne toast at midnight. Buffet opens at 7 p.m. Priced at $100++, reservations can be made via OpenTable.

Meridian: (Dallas) This restaurant redux is closing out 2025 in style with a New Year’s Eve dining experience, featuring the full a la carte dinner menu in addition to a chef-curated tasting menu by Chef Eduardo. For $185 per person, guests can enjoy a multi-course tasting that highlights Meridian’s signature craftsmanship, beginning with refined bites like venison tartare, king crab with caviar, and warm laminated brioche. Seasonal dishes follow, such as Hokkaido scallop crudo, housemade duck cappelletti, and cobia with saffron congee, culminating in a 40-day aged ribeye and a caramel namelaka dessert to finish the evening. Dinner hours are 4:30-10 p.m.
Nuri Steakhouse: (Uptown) Celebrate New Year’s Eve at one of the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants that will feature a luxurious prix-fixe menu, available for early seatings from 5 – 7:45 p.m. at $175++ per person, or for late seatings from 8 – 10:30 p.m. at $225++ per person, including a MOET split. Reservations are highly recommended. December 31. Seatings available 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. $175 – $225.
Saint Ann: (Dallas) Begin the evening with a specially curated three-course prix-fixe New Year’s menu for $75 per guest, featuring chef-created dishes including signature favorites to celebratory specials. Guests who are still in the restaurant around midnight can enjoy a countdown toast to welcome the new year. Dinner hours are from 5 p.m. to midnight. A credit card deposit of $25 per guest is required to confirm your reservation.

JW Steakhouse: (Arts District) The New Year’s Eve prix fixe features Foie Gras Crème Brûlée, Lobster Bisque, White Truffle and Ricotta Agnolotti, then a choice of Wagyu Beef Wellington or Pan-Seared Seabass, finishing with golden desserts, paired with premium champagne. $175 per person from 5:30-10 p.m.
Lyla: (Uptown) This NYE dinner is available beginning at 7 p.m., setting the tone for a festive night ahead. Guests will enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu showcasing Lyla’s coastal Italian cuisine, followed by a midnight Champagne toast and a late-night DJ set. Dolce Riviera: (Dallas) For $95 per person, guests can delight in a three-course prix-fixe menu with reservations beginning at 5 p.m. Those who are still in the restaurant at midnight can celebrate the countdown to 2026 with a champagne toast.

Knife Italian Steak: (Irving) The restaurant will offer its full dinner menu complemented by a selection of chef-curated à la carte specials crafted exclusively for the evening. Set within an elegant, celebratory atmosphere, guests can enjoy a luxurious night filled with exceptional flavors and thoughtful hospitality. Specials include a showpiece Caviar Flight featuring 1.5 oz per person served with blinis, egg whites, potato chips, and parsley, highlighting three premium selections: Antonius 6 Star Oscietra, Paramount Hackleback, and Royal Baerii. Additional offerings include Filet of Turbot with Champagne and caviar beurre blanc and celery root purée, and a showstopping 240-Day Dry-Aged 44 Farms Ribeye served with truffled mashed potatoes, morel mushrooms, burnt onion gel, shaved black truffle, and cherry jus. KĀI: (Legacy West) Guests with reservations before 9 p.m. can enjoy the regular menu or a chef-curated omakase menu for $150++ per person, with a la carte options available. For those arriving after 9 p.m., KAI will feature an exclusive 6-course chef-curated omakase menu at $150++ per person. All guests can join in a midnight bubble toast to ring in 2026. Stillwell’s Steakhouse: (Dallas) This New Year’s Eve, the restaurant celebrates the holiday with a refined twist on classic flavors. Guests can enjoy its signature à la carte menu along with a classic Beef Wellington with potato puree, roasted carrots and truffle bordelaise. Pair the meal with the eatery’s selection of award-winning wines and seasonal cocktails. Reservations can be made here.

Knife Steakhouse: (Plano) The restaurant will be open during its regular service from 11 a.m.-9 p.m., offering Chef John Tesar’s signature steaks, elevated seasonal dishes and bold flavors before the countdown begins. In addition to the full menu, guests can enjoy a special New Year’s Eve offering featuring an entrée flight of dry-aged meats, plus festive martini and champagne flights crafted just for the occasion.
Elaine’s Cocktail Kitchen: (Frisco) The restaurant will ring in the new year with two celebratory New Year’s Eve seatings, including a special Great Gatsby–inspired fête. Guests joining the first seating between 5–6:30 p.m. can enjoy a three-course menu for $55, with a limited selection of regular favorites also available. The second seating, offered exclusively to 30 guests with reservations between 9–10 p.m., transforms the evening into a lavish Great Gatsby–themed celebration. Priced at $175 per person, the experience features a live four-piece Gatsby jazz band from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., a four-course menu with canapés, Prohibition-era cocktails, luxe entrée selections, a shared dessert tray, and a midnight champagne toast complete with festive party favors.
Ateliê: (Oak Cliff) On Dec. 31, guests are invited to enjoy a curated four-course prix fixe dinner by Chef Wyl Lima, showcasing seasonal ingredients and global inspiration. Reservations feature four seatings beginning at 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Dinner features a globally inspired four-course menu beginning with a winter salad of mixed greens, goat cheese, pepita, and mustard vinaigrette, followed by a rich Wagyu bolognese with gemelli and toasted breadcrumbs. The main course features roasted chicken paired with sweet plantain, Mediterranean chutney, and pickled peppers before ending on a refined matcha cheesecake with matcha mousse, strawberries, and graham crackers. Silver Fox: (Fort Worth, Richardson) The restaurant will welcome guests to dine from its regular menu from 5-10 p.m. Or, if dining at home is the plan, the restaurant will offer its New Year’s Eve Holiday Tenderloin To-Go Pack serves three to four people and comes with a red wine shallot reduction, whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas and off-the-cob cream corn for $265. Add a Chocolate Ganache Cake or Texas Pecan Cake to-go for $52 each, or the Silver Fox New York Cheesecake for $60. Drake’s Hollywood: (Bluffiew) Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at Drake’s Hollywood, the swanky, old Hollywood-inspired restaurant. Guests can choose from three seating times featuring a prix-fixe menu at 5 p.m., 7 p.m. or 9:30 p.m., with the first two seatings priced at $150 and the third seating priced at $200 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations and prepayment are available via OpenTable, and optional add-ons like champagne and caviar specials let you elevate the evening. The third seating includes a celebratory champagne toast, and a DJ will set the vibe as the countdown begins. $150++. Seatings available 5 p.m., 7 and 9:30 p.m.
Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana: (Bossier City) Maybe looking for a quick getaway. This easy road trip across the Texas/Louisiana border can help to ring in the New Year with a whoel different vibe. Try the Wicked Twist featuring the Defying Gravity cocktail at The Prime Rib®, Bubble Bliss at Ridotto Grand Café, the Yellow Brick Rita at Luk Fu®, and the flying monkey at Sports & Social. Cantina Laredo: (Addison, Frisco) From Monday, Dec. 29 through Wednesday, Dec. 31, the modern Mexican restaurant is offering an exclusive three-course menu featuring some of its most beloved dishes. The menu stars with a choice of Ensalada De Arándano or Sopa De Pollo Y Maíz; main entree selections include Tres Fajitas,Cochinita Pibil (slow-roasted pork in achiote marinade) or Grilled Salmon with chimichurri, asparagus and cilantro lime rice; finish with Baya Mezclado (fresh mixed berries with Don Julio Tequila cream). To make the celebration even more robust, guests can choose to pair their meal with Cantina Laredo’s hand-crafted specialty cocktails. Guests can enjoy the New Year Celebración menu for $40 per person.

Dee Lincoln Prime & Havana Dee’s: (Frisco) New Year’s Eve will showcase culinary features from Culinary Director, Chef Julian Rodarte, including a Bone-in Halibut Porterhouse finished tableside with Caviar Beurre Blanc, a Chef’s Cut 64oz Australian Wagyu BMS 9+ Tomahawk, and an ultra-rare 1oz 000 Pure Beluga Caviar service presented with white-glove service. At Havana Dee’s, the intimate live music lounge nestled in Dee Lincoln Prime, guests can indulge in an elevated five-course NYE dinner with seatings at 8:30 and 9 p.m. Limited to 50 seats, the Signature Experience includes luxe selections such as a sushi course; an appetizer course with items such as Caviar Sammies and Filet & Gorgonzola Crostinis; a 14oz Chateaubriand with Béarnaise and Truffle Madeira Sauce, Dee’s “Red Bottoms” chocolate cake for dessert, and more. A Caviar Course add-on is also available for $200. Guests will enjoy a three-piece band from 8 p.m.–1 a.m., a midnight champagne toast, and late-night mini grilled cheese sandwiches. $395 and up per person. Reserve a table here.
Te Deseo: (Dallas) Head into 2026 at the Harwood District’s Latin American eatery. Enjoy a specialty three-course prix-fixe menu featuring Latin-inspired dishes crafted by the chefs for $85 per guest. Toast to the new year with expertly crafted cocktails and premium champagne selections. Join Te Deseo for a sparkling countdown, complete with a celebratory midnight toast to welcome 2026 in style. As there will be a countdown party beginning at 8 p.m., only dining room access will be available, with tickets to the party sold separately.

III Forks: (Frisco, Addison) From 4-11 p.m., the North Texas steakhouse will serve its regular menu alongside a decadent New Year’s Eve Surf & Turf Special. For $110, the special features an 8-ounce filet paired with a 6-ounce lobster tail, blending rich, buttery seafood with a perfectly seared signature steak. Guests can enhance their dining experience by pairing their meal with sides, including sauteed mushrooms, off-the-cob cream corn, or lobster mac & cheese. For dessert, guests can take home a whole Chocolate Ganache Cake or Texas Pecan Cake for $52 each, or a Honey Vanilla New York Cheesecake for $60. For guests celebrating at home, III Forks will offer a Roasted Tenderloin Family Meal Pack to-go. Serving three to four people, the $265 package includes a red wine shallot reduction, whipped potatoes, sugar snap peas and creamed corn. Reservations are recommended via the restaurant’s website.
Avra Dallas: (Uptown) Welcome 2026 with a luxurious Three-Course Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Menu priced at $185 per person. Enhance the experience with add-ons, including the Raw Sampler Royale ($110 for two; $210 for four), East Coast oysters, a Sashimi Sampler, and premium caviar offerings. The celebration begins with a choice of first course—Greek Salad, Romaine Salad, grilled Octopus, or Tuna Tartare—followed by entrées such as Lavraki, Filet Mignon, Lamb Chops, or Roasted Chicken. Guests will also enjoy shared table sides of Macaroni and Cheese and Charred Broccolini, concluding with a selection of Avra’s classic desserts. DJ Steffi Burns, will be spinning throughout the evening beginning at 9 p.m. The a la carte menu runs from 5 – 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. seating is prix-fixe. Sea Breeze Fish Market & Grill and The Wilfred: (Plano) The restaurant will offer a three-course menu with entrees including Lobster Thermidor and optional accouterments including Florida stone crab claws. The prix-fixe menu is priced at $85 per person with optional wine pairings for $50 (standard) or $100 (premium). After dinner, head next door to The Wilfred, Plano’s only speakeasy, for Bumps & Bubbles, featuring drink specials including a $15 glass of Champagne with a caviar bump. Entry to the party is first come, first served.

Centro on the Square: (McKinney) Enjoy a performance by a live jazz trio featuring Shelly Carrol and enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu for $75 per person, beginning with a first course of either yellowtail crudo or butternut squash soup, followed by a second course of beet salad or classic Caesar. For the third course, choose between braised short rib, Chilean sea bass, or lemon ricotta agnolotti del plin, and end the night with a decadent chocolate mousse for dessert. As the clock strikes midnight, enjoy a complimentary champagne to welcome the new year. Reservations are highly recommended.
Elephant East: (Dallas) The restaurant will offer a three-course prix fixe dinner menu for $85 per guest, featuring seasonal dishes crafted to captivate the palate. Settle into its moody, ambient atmosphere beneath the shimmer of a disco ball. Beginning at 10 p.m., guests can enjoy half-off champagne bottles, then raise a glass at midnight for a festive toast as they welcome 2026 in true Elephant East style.
Pappas Bros. Steakhouse: (Northwest Dallas) The restaurant will offer a special one-night-only prix-fixe menu. For $149.95 per person, guests can enjoy a four-course menu. The menu will offer guests their choice of appetizer, salad, entree, vegetable, and dessert, with luxurious options such as Lobster Deviled Eggs, Fried Oysters, Grilled Double Cut Lamb Chops and Pappas Bros. signature 16 oz. Prime Ribeye. For dessert, don’t miss the “Turtle” Mousse Tart, topped with chocolate cookie crumbs, salted caramel, dark ad vanilla chocolate and toasted Texas pecans. The Mont: (Fort Worth) Ring in 2026 with an exquisite seven-course New Year’s Eve dinner, featuring highlights like Black Truffle Jalapeño Gougère, Scallop Tartare with caviar, and Beef Pithivier with foie gras. Guests will also enjoy a decadent Chocolate Tarte to close the evening. The dinner is available from 5 – 9 p.m. with reservations highly recommended. The full experience is $125 per guest, with a wine pairing menu available to add-on for an additional cost.
Eataly: (North Park) With more than 20 hand-selected Italian wines, 10+ holiday-inspired tasting stations including traditional holiday panettone, artisanal salumi & formaggi, pizza alla pala, caviar, lasagne emiliane, gnocchi, braised beef short ribs, tiramisu, and much more, Eataly’s Mezzanotte will also feature entertainment including a DJ, Italian bingo, a lips reader, and more. A prosecco toast is part of the festivities at Italian midnight to make the beginning of a great new year. Tickets are limited and each includes access to endless holiday bites and wine.
