Spotted: Last Saturday evening at the "Jingle Bells on Bishop" street celebration in Oak Cliff’s Bishop Arts District.
Pimping dat costume: When it comes to Christmas, Junior don’t play — even at the Halloween block party, he worked his Sexy Santa getup.
Holla-day go-go: This yuletide chulo is spending Christmas with his family and his 85-pound Cane Corso doggie, Caine. If the merry-making spirit overtakes him, Junior may hit Cedar Springs to go a-caroling. He’s ringing in 2009 with some pals.
You better be careful about dropping off items. A couple of weeks ago I dropped off several bags of things at the dock, which included a drill in a case. A gentlemen walked up to me asking about the drill in the case, <he did not work at genisis>. When the dock attendant came out to get the donations, he actually let the guy hv the drill. The guys then put the drill in his tote and walked away.
I called to talk to management. Was given a very nice apology and was told they would make sure this did not happen again. Just be on the lookout.
Genesis looks great for a thrift store. I think they benefit battered women or something.
