Paul Neyron Sparkman II, 61, of Dallas, Lubbock, Floydada and Plainview, Texas died Oct. 22.
He is survived by brother Fred Sparkman of San Diego, sister Gay Oden of Lubbock and five nieces and nephews, Charissa, Paulette, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Penny and a host of family and friends. He will be remembered as a lover of life, fun, entertaining and excellent chef.
