The four co-chairs of the 2010 Creating Change Conference — which will be held Feb. 3-7, 2010, at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel — will convene the first meeting of the host committee Thursday, April 23, at 7:30 p.m. in the Rainbow Room at the Resource Center of Dallas, 2701 Reagan St.
Anyone interested in serving on the host committee and working to organize this national conference is invited to attend.
Co-chairs are Henry Ramirez III of the Resource Center of Dallas, Beau Heyen of Cathedral of Hope and GLSEN-Dallas, Lovely Murrell of Cupboard Natural Foods in Denton and Marlene Tovar of Irving, the first straight ally to participate as a co-chair of the annual conference.
