Glamberts get ready! I have good news for you. Adam Lambert is finally heading to town. When his Glam Nation Tour was first announced, there were no Texas dates. And as of last week, the closest venues on the tour were The Pavillion in Lubbock next Wednesday and the Winstar Casino in Thackerville, Okla., on Sept. 10. which were added after the announcement. But now, he’s scheduled to play the Palladium Ballroom Sept. 7. Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. The site lists the price at $39.50.
This gives you time to get your guy-liner, fingerless gloves and hair gel stocked up. Or just use some leftover Gaga accessories.
Here’s a preview of the show from his July 25 concert in San Francisco:
YAYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! I can’t wait to see him!! I love Adam!!
Run don’t walk to this concert people! Being a “Glambert” or an uber fan or even just a casual fan is totally irrelevant when it comes to Lambert – he is simply awesome live, and not to be missed by anyone who appreciates music. You do not have to love the whole Lambert package to enjoy this Glam Nation Tour concert – it’s thoroughly entertaining and just so much fun. There is so much to like about Lambert, I can’t fathom why anybody wouldn’t love all of what he’s offering – but truly, if you don’t, just the music and the live vocals are worth the ticket price and something really not to be missed. No television show, no CD, no You Tube vids, nothing can compare to hearing this artist’s live vocals pierce through you; it’s quite an experience, I assure you.
Got my ticket already! Thrilled he is bringing Glam Nation to Dallas!
Got to see this guy in NYC one of the two sold out shows. Get your tix as soon as possible and don’t be afraid to go to the secondary markets cause it will sell out in 10 minutes. Then, prepare yourself to feel young and excited again. I know I did.
About freaking time! I’ve been hearing about this guy touring all over the country and then doing an international tour but nothing about Dallas. I thought maybe we scared him in Dallas or something. My friends back east said crowd watching at the concert is hysterical. Adam look a likes come all decked out. THey also said the audience is as diverse as you could ever imagine so everyone feels comfortable. Men, women, children of all ages, races and nationalities. I’m looking forward to checking it out.
I saw him in Charlotte and am now going to Raleigh, N.C. and Hlollywood, FL. Once you see him live, you will never be the same. When he first comes on stage, there is an audible gasp in the audience. He is visually and vocally absolutely stunning. The air feels like it is electrically charged. There is no doubt his professional training enhances his astounding, pitch perfect, powerfully rich, beautiful voice. He commands the stage like a veteran showman. You literally can’t take your eyes off of him. There have been a few tech sound issues that come and go at some of the concerts, producing a helium-like effect that the sound people have to address, but he is magnificent in spite of that problem. Don’t miss this once in a lifetime chance of seeing him on this tour. The next ones will be in large arenas where you’ll have to watch him on a big screen. This is the most exciting performer I have ever seen. He gives 120% of every song. You will be mesmerised and glitterized! He will be as bis as Elvis and M.J. without a doubt!!
I invite all radio DJ’s to attend this one of a kind in your life opportunity…guarantee to become a fan or at lest respect him as the great est vocalist of our times.
Grab your tickets at 10am- they sell out fast!!! have seen the show twice already, and will be back for more in Dallas. Adam is an AMAZING performer. In a summer of lackluster shows and sagging concert sales, GlamNation is a bright, glittery star. Go- you’ll be glad you did. I can promise this is the last chance you’ll EVER get to see Adam Lambert in a venue this small and intimate.
I am so excited that he is finally coming to North Texas. Have heard that his concert is amazing and not to be missed! Can’t wait to buy my ticket. C’mon Dallas, let’s show him some love!!
Rich, Cyndi Lauper is sold out at the House of Blues. Will you cover her show for those of us without tickets?
Adam Lambert in Texas is an amazing thing.
Hey, please remember 2 request his new song “if I had you”on Mix 102.9 214-787-1061or
on your favorite radio stations, they are not playing him in Texas as much, and he is a talented guy and deserves radio play like everyone else. The message in the song is sooo positive …all you need in this world is some love.Go forth and request.
All of you guys that are excited about seeing him, please remember to request Adam’s latest single, If I Had You, from KISS FM and I-93. It is being ignored by Dallas radio even though the song has been well within the Top 40 for some time now. Currently they are refusing to play the song, citing lack of interest.
Just saw him 2 nights ago. Still on a cloud. You will not believe your ears and eyes. And the crowd was fantastic at Springfield, MO. Gotta figure a way to get my husband to go to Thackerville now.
Don’t forget to vote for Adam’s video “If I Had You” on vh1.com I enjoyed watching the San Francisco video. Can’t just watch it once…it is addicting
I AM SO STOKED!!!! My wife and I are going as well as my brother and his wife………We are both die hard Elvis and MJ fans and for us this is just as good! We got out tickets during presale. Cant wait to meet everyone in the crowd as well as ADAM and THE BAND!
