Happy New Year! You need to launch it with a great cocktail, and we have one for you — from James Beard award-winning mixologist Jim Meehan. Last week, we showed you a classic margarita; this week, we’re upping the game a little with a spicy alpine twist on the traditional Texas favorite. Enjoy!
1.5 oz. Casa Dragones Blanco tequila
.25 oz. green chartreuse
.75 oz. lime juice
.25 oz. agave syrup
1 large arugula leaf
Making it: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and fine-strain into a coupe. Garnish with the greenery!
