Charlie Sheen

Actor Charlie Sheen will reportedly make an appearance Tuesday morning, Nov. 17, to announce that he is HIV-positive, according to People.com.
Hollywood publicist and crisis manager Howard Bragman told people he was approached by people close to Sheen six months ago to deal with the crisis, but never dealt with Sheen directly.
Sheen, 50, has struggled with substance abuse and has admitted soliciting prostitutes. He is perhaps best known  for his stint on Two-and-a-Half Men and his very public feud with the show’s creator Chuck Lorre, which resulted him in leaving the show and embarking on what can only be described as a very public break-down.
