According to an e-mail I just received, Ted Olson, a lead attorney challenging the constitutionality of California’s anti-gay-marriage Proposition 8, has received word that the U.S. 9th Court of Appeals will issue its ruling in the case in about 11 minutes (at 1:15 p.m., CST).
