April 3: Camp Haven Benefit Dinner

The inaugural Camp Haven Benefit Dinner, raising money for the only therapeutic camp for queer teens, will be held at Winspear Opera House, 2403 Flora St., with an open bar happy hour starting at 6 p.m., dinner at 6:45 p.m. and the program at 7:45 p.m., followed by Gay Bingo at 8:30 p.m. There will be silent and live auctions, and dress is “casual celebratory chic.” Tickets are $100, availablen online at ATTPAC.org.

The 4th annual Deep Ellum Community Arts Fair featuring more than 150 exhibiting artists, more than 100 live bands and dozens of street performers, buskers and performing artists, runs Easter weekend, beginning at 2800 Taylor St. and stretching to 200 N. Crowdus St. New this year are “Down the Rabbit Hole,” an exploration of conspiracy theories and the blurry line between human imagination and possibility, “Dress Up Saturday,” with attendees encouraged to wear their favorite dress or embrace the theme however they want, with the Dress Up Walk starting at 3 p.m. at Life in Deep Ellum, 2803 Taylor St., and the Mad Hatter’s Scavenger Hunt on Easter Sunday. April 4: ‘Masquerade: Midnight in Eden’
The LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Scholarship Fund’s annual fundraising event, Masquerade: Midnight in Eden, will be held at On The Levee, 1108 Quaker St., from 7-10 p.m. The event will feature food by Wendy Krispin Caterer, handcrafted beverages from Goody Goody, dance music and a silent auction.
