Attorney General Ken Paxton asked the Texas Supreme to void the marriage license issued to Sarah Goodfriend and Suzanne Bryant today, Feb. 19.
On Wednesday, Paxton asked the Texas Supreme Court to overturn an order by a Travis County Probate Court that led to today’s marriage of the Austin couple.
