AIDS Services of Dallas will commemorate its 20th anniversary at the annual Founders’ Day Picnic on Thursday, May 10, at 11:30 a.m. in the courtyard of the Revlon Apartments.
Two community organizations will be honored at the picnic. The Black Tie Dinner will be presented with the Daryl Moore Memorial Award, and the Dallas chapter of the Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS will receive the Phil Morrow Award.
ASD will award the Michael R. Merdian Memorial Award to one of its residents in recognition of outstanding service to the community during the year.
Revlon Apartments are located at 720 N. Lancaster Road in North Oak Cliff.
