If you’re heading to tonight’s A-List: Dallas watch party at Axiom, you might ask host and cast member Levi Crocker if his head is feeling any better. Gay blogs have been buzzing about Crocker’s tweets from the Thanksgiving weekend in which he claimed he was assaulted in a bar in Oklahoma City. Crocker now seems to be downplaying the incident, but not before posting this pic of what looks like a bloodied scalp after he was apparently hit with a bar stool. Crocker claims the attack was perpetrated by four gay people whose motive was the fact that they don’t like the show.
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, there is no record of Crocker filing a report about the incident. I tweeted Crocker seeking more info. “I decided to leave this subject alone for now,” he responded earlier today.
This incident comes on the heels of fellow cast member Taylor Garrett’s claims that he was assaulted in Oak Lawn earlier this month.
Crocker’s tweets are after the jump.
Rich, Of course Levi Crocker decided to leave this story alone. Per public records Levi was arrested for DUI on 2/18/11 here in Dallas. Here’s some background so we can discuss this with more information.
Levi Tweeted:
I had a huge headache all day, but my head is going to be fine, especially if I don’t start loosing hair anytime soon 😉
25 Nov
It’s sad when str8 people are mean to someone gay. But for someone (or 4 ppl) from the gay community to attack me because of a show is?????? 25 Nov
@ifelicious I’m fine, I finished the fight. I’ll never forget that feeling tho. They weren’t straight guys bullying me,they were gays 25 Nov
@ifelicious I got jumped in the middle of a bar in OKC, 4 guys, one busted a barstool onu head 25 Nov
Thank you for busting a bar stool on my head… I was a bit sleepy and need a little pick me up 25 Nov

Che’ Lucci (co-founder of the Tramps OKC Facebook page & evidently a fixture in the OKC Community) who was present with two of his friends with Levi at the Tramps OKC bar that this occurred on Levi’s Facebook Page:
Che Lucci
I hope your head is gonna be ok. Sucks what happened last night. When the fight broke out I ran back there and maced those mofos! take care! (Nov 26)
Levi Crocker: For real? After I got hit With the stool things were pretty blurry for about 5minutes
Che Lucci yes Levi. when all those black guys ganged up on you and my friends Vinve and Billy I ran from the bar and sprayed their asses with pepperspray/cs military tear gas and ultraviloet marking dye. I believe you quoted..oh hell, ive been beat on the head by bigger bulls than that! LOL
Levi Crocker: Sounds like something that came out of my mouth… haha well I’m upset the cops didn’t get more involved and all of them slipped away some how. I will live, the headache is gone and I appreciate your help. I saw the comment you left on the bar’s Facebook and it sounds like a big problem
Che Lucci Indeed. And plenty is going down as a result. This should not happen repeatedly and two people have quit since. Take care mister

Che Lucci on his Facebook Page:
what an interesting thanksgiving to say the least. thankyou to all the wonderful cooks who brought delicious food to Tramps Okc yesterday. yum. and it seems the A-List Dallas cant leave its drama in Dallas. The bar brawl in the bar last night was unnecessary, everybody knows youre a cutie Levi but apparently the attitude is not. anyhoo, replacing the starter on my car right now…have a blessed day my friends! Friday 11/25 at 12:03pm
Che Lucci well him and Vince and Billy got dogpiled by the same black guys that always start shit in Tramps. and they dont believe in a fair fight…there was like 20 of them! I maced their asses! Friday at 1:05pm
Daniel Weaver: Yeah that wasn’t fun, I had Levi in the bathroom, head gushing blood. Had no idea who he was at the time. Pretty bad gash on his head. Friday at 1:14pm
Che Lucci Sucks. He is cute. But they piled on Vince and that’s a no go ! Friday at 1:18pm
Che Lucci Im just mad cuz my two good friends were ganged up on. I could care less about Levi lol Friday at 1:34pm

This was not an assault on an A-list cast member. this is an almost isolated incident that should have never happened. I was there and I attempted to diffuse this unfair fight by spraying the perpetrators with pepperspray. It was a horrible scene and not only was Levi attacked but two of my close friends Billy and vince. Hope everyone heals up well.
& finally this from Floyd Martin, who I *think* some have called the “Mayor of OKC”.. 😉
——————
Floyd Martin · Oklahoma
no , there wasn’t a police report filed. Oklahoma City Gay bars have a long and sometimes troubling past with the OKC POlice. In 1982, one of our bar-owners sued the city for a million dollars because OKCPD were beating up bar patrons and writing clubs false tickets. We won, but with the provision that they not come to the Gay bars unless we call them, so we normally try to handle things ourselves, which is what happened in this case apparently
I would also like to note that Levi Crocker posted a picture of himself posing ala James Bond with a gun on 11/24/11 & stated, “Can’t go to a Crocker family holiday without packin a little heat”.

Given his propensity for alcohol usage and previous DUI arrest I hope he has a carry permit in case he’s stopped again.
This is also especially important due to how LOGO TV has glorified the excessive usage of alcohol and seems to invite and market based on conflicts between individuals and some believe “playing” the community.
A recent episode filmed in Austin showed them being thrown out of a Bar.
It’s Ironic that he’s posting about a watching party at a Bar (AXIOM) and advertising drink specials.
It was also announced by a Dallas Marketing company. I would be curious to know if Logo TV/A-List Dallas pays participants for these appearances and picks up their bar tabs or reimburses them.
Hopefully Logo TV insures that it’s actors are in a proper state to drive and will not assume any culpability if they are involved in an alcohol related incidence. The participating Bars could also be held liable.
Sounds to me like somebody’s mouth tried to write a check his ass couldn’t afford! I sure don’t wish this kind of violence on anybody but I can tell you, having been to that particular bar in OKC, it’s a rough crowd, one that will NOT put up with any kind of attitude. I’d be willing to bet Mr. Crocker wasn’t aware of this when he swaggered on in. Oh, and Floyd Martin is the SELF DECLARED “Mayor of Gay OKC”, according to the posts he placed on the Advocate website. Imagine that………………
I would also like to note that Levi Crocker posted a picture of himself via Facebook posing ala James Bond with a gun on 11/24/11 & stated, “Can’t go to a Crocker family holiday without packin a little heat”.
Guns & Alcohol are a deadly mixture.

It’s ironic that he’s hosting a watching party at a Bar (AXIOM) and advertising drink specials & this was also announced by a Dallas Marketing Company – so it’s probably a Logo TV/A-List Dallas sponsored event. Especially coming off on this OKC incidence at Tramps.

Apologies for the double-posting of above – thought it didn’t take due to including the picture link & re-posted without it, must have been a delay.. 🙂
@Steve – It looks that way to me, I also thought that Floyd’s usage of the “Mayor of OKC” was a self-proclamation and that’s one reason I put it in quotes, probably should not have even included that or put a smiley next to it.. 🙂
I don’t think this story would have as many legs except for how Levi Crocker tweeted about it and the slant he gave and it’s coming so soon after the Taylor Garrett incidences.
maybe LOGO should take the hint, and pull this trainwreck of a show before one of them is seriously hurt…as in dead…they’ve pissed a lot of people off, and yeah, they’re arrogant douchebags, but that doesn’t mean they deserve to be hurt by other douchebags at random – now, running your mouth, and not being able to back it up, thats different, but random attacks is just stupid. I see these dbags all the time, I pay no attention to them…but again, if one of them were to open their mouth and spout shit to me, I’d turn their lights off
I also wonder how their “motive” is known? especially since they have a history of starting shit in the bar…could it possibly be because they just thought he was an ass? and have nothing to do with the show?
Yes, it is self-proclaimed, and tongue and cheek for that matter, kind of a running joke, but only after my many friends started using the moniker. Anyway, this story is not about me. Thank you.
Floyd,
Granted the story is not about you, but you offered some good commentary in why there might not have been police involvement.
This is especially appreciated in looking at Levi’s comment on his facebook page, “well I’m upset the cops didn’t get more involved” and the absence of a police report.
More info from different sources helps us piece the puzzle together.
Can you give us further information on the Tramps OKC bar situation as to the history of these disturbances and if two people did indeed quit as Che’ Lucci said?
I want to hear more details from people that were actually there, especially Che’ Lucci. It’s my understanding that Che’ Lucci does shows at Tramps and that this bar serves some of the strongest drinks in OKC. Was Levi Crocked (drunk) and obnoxious? He doesn’t seem to remember the details or want to talk about them.
Seems as if the story is receiving more attention than what it’s worth.
I find this story relevant and newsworthy for a few different reasons.
I don’t think it could stand with just the initial tweets by Levi & how he communicated it especially following the hoopla about Taylor Garrett and his reported attacks. It is revealing to see how the police interact with the OKC Gay Bar Community based on past history. It is important to discuss how Logo TV and A-List Dallas have depicted alcohol usage in their show. Levi is coming off the OKC incidence by hosting a Logo-TV watching party at Axiom with drink special enticements within a few days. It’s ironic that the only real gurl on A-List Dallas, Ashley, seems to be the one introducing social consciousness (Childrens Aids/fundraiser) and trying to address the effects of alcohol on the individual and community.
In the last week there was a fatality hit & run on Cedar Springs. Whether the individual did not stop and render aid due to possible culpability with being under the influence is on my mind.

Just saw this post on Queerty.com and invited Jared from OKC to mosey over here and give us more information…
No. 91 · Jared
I think it’s really crappy that happened to him. But I was at the bar that night and talked to levi. He was shitface drunk and talking crap to the wrong people. It was not an act just because he is on the show.
Posted: Nov 29, 2011 at 1:53 am
Che’ does do shows at Tramps, and we are old friends. Tramps also does serve the strongest drinks in OKC. We call them “BIG GIRL DRINKS’ in these parts, and we appreciate them. Thats all I can confirm for sure.
As a personal eyewitness to the events that took place, I want to clear the air of all the crap that has been posted here (and elsewhere):
(1) Floyd Martin, the “self proclaimed” mayor of gay OKC gets that title due to the fact he’s a nearly 50 year old mobidly obese man who spends every single weekend out and about at gay bars in a state of intoxication that would kill most people. How he can claim to comment on this-or any-event is beyond me as even if he were there (and he wasn’t) he wouldn’t be anywhere near coherent enough to be able to accurately observe if the Pope came through on a horse, much less a bar fight. (2) Che Lucci and his posse think they own Tramps because they, too, are there all the time. They don’t like the fact that anyone else dares to come there and use the jukebox or pool tables because they haven’t spent the last 25 years in the bar, so there is lots of tension between this new group of (mostly black) guys and Che Lucci and his group. (3) Levi came in on the night of the fight acting like people should drop down and lick his boots. 95% of the bar didn’t know who he was and didn’t give a shit, but Ms. Lucci and his group did know who he was and decided to give him the VIP treatment, such as it was. Levi started acting like King Shit of Turd Mountain, one thing led to another, words were exchanged, and finally the fight ensued. Pretty pathetic all in all, but all these people making comments need to chill, it happened and I was there and saw it.
@EyewitnessReport…
I appreciate your take on this. This is the type of information that can prevent people from making knee-jerk judgements based solely on Levi Crocker’s initial tweets. Which are what seemed to propagate (without additional research) to several sites.
Seems like a bit of a powder keg there especially if the OKC bars are particularly reluctant to contact the police. Was Levi drunk in your estimation? How many individuals were involved and was it at first 4/1 and later became greater, was a bar stool applied to Levi’s head, was military grade mace used by Che’ Lucci?
Thanks!
@NativeDallasite
Yes, Levi was abysmally shitfaced.
No, the situation at Tramps is not a powderkeg, it’s just two groups of people who don’t like each other and Levi basically got involved with one of these groups and also was acting like he deserved to be treated like some VIP and this just escalated the situation more.
No, the “mace” Ms. Lucci used was just regular pepperspray, legally available at many places (which is why it had little effect on the fighters).
No, there was no barstool involved, as this took place quite aways from the actual bar (and barstools).
It’s also not true that the cops never get called when there are incidents like this because of events that took place over 30 years ago. “Mayor” Floyd Martin is wrong again…the cops weren’t called because all of the participants of the fight ran out and would have been long gone by the time the cops would have shown up, so that’s why they weren’t called.
Yes, Tramps does serve strong drinks-“Mayor” Floyd is right about that since he regularly consumes enough of them to where he’s usually slumped over the bar by midnight (or sooner) every weekend. Most patrons hope he doesn’t mess his pants as he did one memorable weekend, when the bar owners had to (once again) call his parents to come pick him up (yes, he still lives at home).
In summary, it was just a bunch of people who don’t like each other and Levi happened to walk into the middle of it and drunkenly ran his mouth, causing the fight. It had zero to do with the fact he’s on a reality TV show that most people know nothing about.
Whoa nelly, wait just a goddamned minute. I didn’t ask to be drug into this conversation. When I heard of the incident, I asked my 3,000+ friends on Facebook if this was some Logo propoganda or what had really happened. Then I heard the story and had to come to the conclusion on what really happned. I never said anything that was not fact. Yes, I had been there earlier, and yes I left, because I was way too drunk (actually went down the street with other friends), but as far as this conversation is concerned, Eyewitness, (who by the way is too chickenshit to use your real name, I did). I have only stated facts. A. We don’t usually call the police on 39th street for the reasons I stated. B. Che’ does work there C. We do call them “big girl drinks” D. and most importantly, because again, I didn’t asked to be drug into this thread, THIS ISN’T ABOUT ME.
@Ed
I don’t know of any Tramps employees who quit. The only person who “quit” was Che Lucci who doesn’t even work there (officially) except to do drag shows sometimes, and he supposedly got de-friended from their FBook page. Big deal.
If this incident hadn’t been blown out of proportion by people it would already have been forgotten but people like “Mayor” Floyd Martin love to keep stuff going (of course, when you are unemployed for most of your adult life and still live at home at almost 50 you have time to keep crap like this going).
If you didn’t ask to be “drug” into this conversation, then don’t put up posts here and on the Advocate and on Facebook and pretty much on every other goddamned site claiming first that the incident never happened because you, as the “MAYOR” of gay OKC somehow knows everything that happens in every bar every day of the week just because of your 3,000+ “friends” on Facebook.
The fact is, you (a) weren’t there and (b) even if you were there you’re usually passed out on the bar or back benches and therefore wouldn’t know if there was a full scale riot there.
Even so, you (a) first claimed that the incident didn’t happen, and then (b) when you got called out by people because it DID happen then tried to claim all this other crap, like the fact the cops weren’t called because of some ancient history from 30 years ago. The cops weren’t called because the people who started it ran out the door. Period. and (c) you were TOLD to leave, not asked to leave, because you were once again slumped over the bar 99% passed out.
So in the future, if you don’t want things to NOT BE ABOUT YOU, then don’t offer up your (very wrong) opinions on subjects you know nothing about. Otherwise, you’re gonna get called out on it.
Have a nice day now!
It’s pretty chickenshit to call me out and get personal about me, whether its true or not, it very well may be. I can’t control whats happened in the past, and I am honest, although sometimes embarrassed of what happene when one drinks too much, but I will own up to it and do not go bashing people on a website without signing my real name.
..and furthermore, after I admittingly jumped the gun and said that I thought it was a publicity stunt, I removed the whole post on my Facebook (couldn’t on Theadvocate.com), I tried, but I admitted I was wrong, something did go wrong, and I am over this whole fucking story. Was over it yesterday, but I wake up and find myself being quoted and then trashed in the DALLAS VOICE. So anyway, I have nothing else to say on this.
“This is not about me”, yet now this post has become all about you.
It “may be true”?
Sorry, but EVERYTHING I said was true unlike you. That is why it got posted – to let people who don’t know better that the “Mayor” of gay OKC can usually be found passed out slumped over the bar and so would know NOTHING about what’s going on around him.
End of story.
So if you are so “over” this then why do you keep commenting???
Yeah, thought so…to get more fake sympathy from your 3,000+ good “friends”.
Over this shit…
Get a life Floyd.
…all you’ve done so far is prove neither of you are any better than the “A List” cast themselves with all of this fighting and bickering…you all deserve each other.
“This is not about me” yet now this post is all about you, as usual.
And, “it may be true”. REALLY?
Unlike you, EVERYTHING I said was true-that’s why I posted because people are tired of listening to you run your mouth and claim to be the “mayor” of OKC and the only accurate source of what goes dow, when the truth is you are too busy bumming drinks or laying unconcious on the bar to know anything that is going on!
And if you were “over this” then why are you still whining about it, 24 hours later?
Over this sh*t!
Being there mr. eyewitness is focacta. i will post the correct sittuation shortly, but i believe if you werent there you should shut the fuck up
Levi Tweeted – “well I’m upset the cops didn’t get more involved” and the absence of a police report.”
Levi you should thank God that the cops did not get more involved based on what seems to have happened. Did you really want the cops doing a field sobriety test on you or want to spend the night in jail? Are you *that* stupid??
Logo posted on their Facebook page Tuesday 11/30 in one of their topics:
Logo Hi folks, we see some comments about The A-List representing people. Just as Jersey Shore doesn’t represent Italians and 19 Kids and Counting don’t represent parents, The A-List is in the dramatic reality show genre and each character represents themselves. From the outset, it was never our intention to attempt to represent the entire LGBT community – and we have never made such claims. It is impossible for any TV character, personality or even a television show to represent such a diverse community.
We’re sorry you’re not liking the show or perhaps the genre. We have some new things coming down the pike that we hope you’ll enjoy. Thank you for your feedback! : )

Logo, isn’t this a bit disingenuous?
Naming the show “A-List”. The casting of specific individuals and the way you have marketed and promoted can dismiss any social responsibility? After Elton enumerated some of the possible repercussions of decisions you made in casting at the beginning. Surely the creative geniuses that visited this gift upon Dallas would have thought of those?
Did John Hill (A-List Executive producer) congratulate Taylor Garrett via Twitter (and then delete it when questioned) on making the news after the reported rock incidence as was reported by JoeMyGod Blog? Taylor Garrett said he wasn’t going to answer that, that John Hill should be asked.
John Polly (Senior Online Editor at MTV Networks and Logo) seems to feel that this rock incidence and violence should lead fans to want to watch A-List Dallas even more. Per his NewNowNext post 0f 10/11/11 – A-List Dallas’ Taylor Gets Rock Thru Window he end’s his post after detailing the incident with…
John Polly: “In the meantime… All the more reason to tune in to tonight’s big “A-List: Dallas” premiere on Logo to meet Taylor and the rest of the cast, and to see what the fuss is all about.”
To visit Ann Coulter upon the community, granted it’s one of your A-List actors creative choice, but then Logo responding to criticism with:
LOGO’s reply: “Looks like we lost the grumpy demographic.” … Feel free to join the “Boycott LOGO’s A-List Dallas” page
Floyds right. and for the record, I still do shows there, I unfriended myself from the page unrelated to my post about Levi, my friend who worked the door DID in fact quit after this and THIS IS OVER!! Oh, btw, Floyd is right you are a chickenshit( IWitnessReport) for using a false name !! THIS WILL BE THE LAST YOU WILL HEAR OF ME ON THIS STUPID SUBJECT!!!! Buh-Bye!
@Vince
So what was the “correct situation”, since you were there?
That you and your friends are a bunch of racist rednecks who can’t stand the fact that black people want to come to Tramps, too? Isn’t that really what this is all about? Sorry, honey, but you don’t get to call the shots just because you and your friends think they own the place,. That’s why you never followed up your lame post with any details, because you’re a liar.
And “Mayor” Martin, you started all this (as usual) and turned this entire story to be about YOU, as usual. I speak NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH-and that is why it was necessary for me to tell everyone about the fact that yes, you are EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND drunk off your ass and slumped over the bar or staggering around with sh*t running down your legs because other people (not from OKC) might assume that the gay “MAYOR” of OKC would be some smiling figure walking around knowing and seeing all, when nothing could be further from the truth.
If you didn’t want to get called out on it, then don’t offer up your b.s. take on events you know nothing about. NOBODY CARES and everyone is tired of you claiming that you speak for the entire OKC gay community, when in fact you speak for no one…nobody wants an alcoholic dr*g addict speaking for them, believe it!
And stop calling people chickensh*t-NO ONE uses their real names here, especially when they are speaking about dangerous events they witnessed. You only used your real name to try and claim credit for something you didn’t see, and gain fake sympathy from your so called 3,000 “friends”
And as for Ms. Lucci, let’s hope it is the last we hear from THAT thing!
I vote that the next show is A-List Oklahoma!
No, really, I graciously concede… 🙂
AMEN to that, sister!
@LOGO TV-HUH
You are 100% right sir, as you can plainly see from these comments what type of people watch that show and care about what happens-people like “Mayor” Floyd Martin and Miss Che Lucci.
Logo should be ashamed that it is pushing trashy programming like this and furnishing nonstop alcohol so drunks like Levi and the rest of that cast of idiots can drink almost as much as “Mayor” Floyd Martin does weekly and get into fist fights. NO WONDER none of the gay bars in Dallas allow them to set foot inside because of their behavior!!!
@CircuitCub
Yeah, whatever.
Go do dr*gs at another circuit party and have tons of unsafe sex, mmmkay? As if you’re so high and mighty!
Have a nice day!
So what, who cares?
I feel kinda sad for the “A-List” Dallas actors, but they did decide to be participants in a “reality” show/docu-drama and enter into a fishbowl for whatever reasons that convinced them. Self-promotion, money, political agendas or whatever. They consented to become “public” figures and should have thought out some of the consequences. This is especially true in that Ashley & Chase in an interview with AfterBuzz this week https://www.ustream.tv/recorded/18831936 emphasized that the participants were given an extreme amount of personal control in how they were depicted on A-List Dallas and how scenes were cut.
However Logo-TV, MTV, A-List Dallas should not respond to valid criticisms with:
1) It’s a Docu-drama 2) Flippant dismissals off the cuff 3) by utilizing real-life events (supposedly) such as Taylor’s incidences and the highly flammable Ann Coulter to seek to promote more interest for ratings. 4) Pointing out, well we do good programming too…
Sure LOGO-TV has a right to engage in the creation of Docu-Drama’s based in specific locals, but individuals and communities absolutely have the right to respond to things they feel are highly detrimental.
Is it enough to balance the line-up with a few shows or projects that are educational and helpful and bring these out as examples when questioned on programming choices?
I find how some respond with “If you don’t like it, don’t watch it” to be a shirking of individual and community responsibilities.
I have witnessed firsthand how alcohol and being lost in the bar scene can destroy lives. The majority of people have some impulse control and can drink responsibly. There are some that seem either psychologically or genetically particularly susceptible to being negatively influenced.
@eyewitness…weren’t you the one claiming that Floyd is in the bar EVERY weekend drunk, and all that….sooooo I guess that means that you’re there just as much since you seem to “witness” all this?? and for the record – my name doesn’t even refer to that…it has to do with my job, but thanks for “witnessing” those facts too.
@circuitcub
Just because I’m in a bar doesn’t mean I’m drinking alcohol (hint: it’s why I remember the things that go on and can reliably report on them as they happen, and who said I was a customer). I’ll let you piece that one together, but imagine why someone would be in a bar every weekend, able to reliably report on things that go on, and yet not be able to drink.
Looks like we both made assumptions we shouldn’t have, but such is life (and the internet).
@Eyewitness Report – hey, I figured that from your first couple of posts, about you probably not being a patron… 🙂
….it just goes to show you, it’s always something–if it ain’t one thing, it’s another.”
Hmm, I did not know that A-list Dallas specifically did it’s casting to suit some prearranged format and idea for the show to *this* extent.
Per Dallas Voice 4/11:
There are some criteria. Producers are scoping out a new or long-term gay male couple with “fabulous job, hot friends” who live an A list lifestyle (that’s defined as “home/car/parties/career” — that’s pretty low bar; without two of those, you’d probably be homeless). Another casting spot is open for a “single gay Republican” who is dating and open about his conservative beliefs. He’s also expected to have a fabulous job and hot friends. Guess that leaves me out, though I did vote for Reagan!
<<<>>>>
Finally, here’s a game-changer: A woman — the “Paris Hilton of Dallas!” And not necessarily a lesbian. Yep, they are looking for a ‘hag. All are expected to be “20s to 30s.” Does the age you put on your Grindr profile count?
<<<>>>
Sounds like these people are one smartass remark away from a fistfight every day. Apparently the A-List person didn’t have to say MUCH to get the crap beat out of him.
