Tickets are still available for the 28th annual Toast To Life, “Voyage Beneath the Sea,” happening Saturday, April 11, from 7-11 p.m. at The Empire Room, 1225 N. Riverfront Blvd. Toast To Life benefits Resource Center; tickets start at $200.
But you don’t have to attend the event itself to bid on the fabulous items up for grabs in the Toast To Life auction, and bidding is open now.
The auction includes “more than 200 amazing packages,” according to a Toast To Life press release. “Get a nice gift for someone you care about or spoil yourself with something fabulous.”
Auction items include a private tour of Resource Center with CEO Cece Cox, art works, home décor and furnishings, purses, jewelry, celebrity-designed jean jackets, a Chappell Roan-signed vinyl, a Gaybingo VIP package for six and much more.
And, the press release said, donors Stephen Tosha and Stephen Strecansky have pledged to double all winning bids and donations up to $100,000 in a matching challenge.
Toast To Life, presented by Purple Foundation, will feature “Queen of the North” and RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Brooke Lynn Hytes. Event co-chairs are Landen Oster and Tommy Stockton.
