Where and how to celebrate Pride Month in East Texas
ride Month in Texas is fully underway, with packed schedules and busy homosexuals. Celebrations might be most visible in big cities, but in East Texas, queer folks are organizing, gathering and celebrating on their own terms.
From drag shows and parades to potlucks and poetry readings, the region’s LGBTQ community is showing up — loud, proud and local. Here’s your guide to East Texas Pride happenings this June.
