Meet Lillian, a 3 ½-year-old domestic shorthair with a sleek, shiny black coat and brilliant green eyes. At 10 pounds, she’s the perfect size for lap cuddles. Lillian loves a good nap in a sunny window, but she also enjoys exploring her surroundings. While Lillian hasn’t been around children, she’s open to meeting them, but a proper introduction is needed to ensure everyone’s comfort. She does need to be the only kitty in the home or live with another cat who has both Feline Leukemia Virus and Calicivirus, as she has tested positive for both.
Because of this, she’s currently staying in a foster home. To meet Lillian, fill out an adoption application and click “Make an Appointment. ” The shelter will arrange a meet-and-greet.
The SPCA of Texas Animal Care Campus will be open from noon-6 p.m., on Memorial Day, May 26, when adoptions will be free for all military veterans.
