In the category of “suck on THIS, haters!,” openly gay “American Idol” contestant Adam Lambert triggered the most effusive flood of praise the likes of which hasn’t been seen since the Religious Right discovered Sarah Palin. Paula Abdul all pub handed him the prize money for his rendition of Michael Jackson’s “Black or White,” and even Simon Cowell seemed impressed.
Funny, but he didn’t give my favorite performance of the night — that was held by Lil Rounds from the get-go — but all those who said being gay (and worse, posting “shocking” pictures of himself doing nothing more than kissing a fella… apparently, girl-on-girl kissing a la Katy Perry is not as shocking) would doom his chances don’t know what the f*#@ they are talking about.

Very true about California but we must consider the opinions of four highly qualified music expert Idol judges who felt Adam was pretty special last night. It doesn’t get much better than to hear Simon say Adam’s performance “was in a totally different league to what they had seen or heard” last night.

i dislike him not because he is gay ..i figured that one out from day one. but the guy has extremely unsettling vibe that almost chills my bones.
